As we approach the launch date for the new store on December 26th, 2018 I am reflecting on the year we have had and look forward to what 2019 will bring with a new website, a move to our new location and other new challenges that we attempt to tackle.
I expect some curveballs to be throw our way with the new website, but know that our customers will work with us through those and help us make the new site a huge improvement over the one that lasted us over 11 years.
We have sold the dyno and will no longer have one in house, at least for the near future. We have at least one solid dyno facility we can use that is around 20-30 minutes away. Scheduling will be challenging but we are known for our organization and our customers know what to expect before arriving for a dyno tuning appointment.
Remote and E-Tuning will become more of a focus in 2019. It's undeniable how connected the world is through social media and apps, and its allowed us to branch out and reach customers all over the world to help them with tuning. We always prefer to be doing tuning on a dyno but in many cases, tuning through email works pretty well. If you have questions how we might be able to help you, please contact us!
