A Stock P28 ECU is perfect for any single cam VTEC swaps. The Stock motor is D16Z6, and will work with the JDM D15b Vtec and probably the D16Y8 motor if converting your OBD2 vehicle to OBD1 before doing any major upgrades. As long as all pertinent sensors are connected and working, it should pass emissions in your state as well (may not in California unless you are using a CA spec Honda ECU)
This Honda P28 ECU is untouched and manual...if you need an automatic P28, please email me before ordering or specify in the special instructions (comments) box during checkout.
You will need a 92-95 Civic 4 wire O2 Sensor to work with this ECU. Knock sensor is not required.
