This is the COMPLETE PACKAGE for tuning your OBD1 Honda or Acura with boost. The S300 unit is pre-installed in the included ECU, all parts are tested, fitted (with port for USB cable), the ECU controlled boost components are installed on the ECU board, and the solenoid (you install this on your car).
